Brookdale is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to keep common areas pristine and assist residents with cleanliness needs. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, and resident apartments on a weekly basis or as required, while ensuring privacy and courtesy in all interactions.

The role emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and reliable schedule adherence in a facility with ongoing programs for resident health and wellness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to respect resident privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and sanitize common areas to present a positive environment.
• Clean residents' apartments weekly or as needed, and assist residents as requested.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, courteous manner and provide directions as needed.
• Operate cleaning tools safely and follow hazard guidelines and safety signs.
