Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning/housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces; cleans residents' apartments weekly or as needed.
• Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner; provides assistance and directions.
• Remains mindful of resident privacy and respects their belongings.
• Performs deep cleaning of apartments and community areas as scheduled.
• Assists with general upkeep, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and surfaces.
• Wears caution signs to ensure safety and follows procedures for hazardous cleaning materials.
