Job summary

JES Holdings seeks a dedicated housekeeper to support the Fairway Management division in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming apartment communities. Responsibilities include deep cleaning, trash collection, window cleaning, and coordinating with the property manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years housekeeping experience.
• Ability to clean and sanitize public areas and apartments.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, mop hallways, community rooms, and other public areas.
• Dust furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, ceiling fans.
• Clean restrooms: floors, sinks, toilets, mirrors.
• Collect garbage from public receptacles.
• Polish hardwood and metal surfaces in public areas.
• Clean windows in public areas.
• Assist in deep cleaning apartments to prep for new residents.
• Report to property manager and handle delegated tasks.
• Note emergencies and health/safety concerns and inform staff.
