Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public areas, make-ready units, and common spaces. This role requires daily on-site cleaning, reliable attendance, and strong attention to detail to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, upholding policy enforcement, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the Community Manager and maintaining a safe, orderly property.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily in the apartment community.
• Prepare make-ready units and maintain cleanliness of offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on tasks and safety procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
