Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Public Area Attendant for Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection in Green Bay, WI. You will maintain the cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, front desk areas, and related spaces to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires ability to stand and walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and work as part of a hotel housekeeping team. We offer DAY 1 insurance enrollment, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k) after 30 days, and travel discounts.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Clean and maintain restaurants and banquet halls.
• Sweep and vacuum carpets.
• Remove trash and empty ashtrays and urns.
• Dust and polish metal work, furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
• Keep the front of the hotel free from trash.
• Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and shampoo machine.
• Wash walls and ceilings, move and arrange furniture, and turn mattresses.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Collect solid linen supplies in floor linen closets.
• Maintain housekeeping closets.
• Responsible for upkeep of all the equipment used (i.e., Vacuum cleaner, trolleys, Scrubbing machine.)
• Responsible for maintaining a time schedule for cleaning of their areas.
• Responsible for spring cleaning of their area as per the schedule given to them.
• Authorized to enter into offices for maintenance or other activities like pest control, shampooing of carpet etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
