Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness in lobby areas, public restrooms, and common spaces at our Greenville property. You will support guest satisfaction, operate with courtesy, and follow safety and procedural standards throughout shifts.

Shifts include 7:00AM-3:30PM and 3:00PM-11:30PM, with weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and physical stamina is required to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel public areas to Highgate standards.
• Clean lobby, restrooms, fitness center, and other public spaces.
• Respond to maintenance issues and lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Assist with room attendant duties when needed.
• Adhere to schedule and ensure guest satisfaction.
