Qualifications

• Experience as a Houseperson or Room Attendant preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Assist housekeeping with supplies and inventory, restocking towels, linens and amenities.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and public spaces for events.
• Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper disposal.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
• Engage courteously with guests and provide information as needed.
