Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Highgate Hotel Standards in all public areas and spaces.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping control.
• Assist with room attendant duties when needed to support operations.
• Keep corridors and restrooms clean and orderly and ensure guest satisfaction.
