Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience highly preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, lobby, restrooms, and corridors to Highgate standards.
• Assist in housekeeping duties as needed and follow safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Deliver clean linen and collect soiled items as required.
• Adhere to shift schedules and hotel procedures while remaining courteous to guests.
