Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation in Big Sky, Montana seeks a Public Area Attendant to keep public spaces clean, vacuum lobbies, clean restrooms, and assist with deep cleans and seasonal projects. This is a physically active role providing training, leadership support, and a team environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, service-focused, and able to work independently, with a strong work ethic and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Friendly demeanor and clear communication with guests.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Depencable and punctual with a professional appearance.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for 8 hours per shift and climb stairs several times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces throughout resort buildings.
• Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal.
• Ensure public restrooms are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
• Provide warm and helpful interactions when engaging with guests.
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or missing items to your manager promptly.
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Keep workspaces and cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
