• 5+ years of professional editing or technical writing.
• Expert command of English grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
• Healthcare or military communications experience.
• HIPAA/PHI safeguarding knowledge.
• Editorial calendar and multi-author publication experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end editorial lifecycle for public materials.
• Edit for clarity, accuracy, grammar; ensure AP style.
• Fact-check and verify sources with SMEs and experts.
• Coordinate feedback between authors, SMEs, legal, and PA leadership.
• Develop and enforce organizational style guide.
• Manage final clearance with senior Public Affairs Officer.
