Tiger Adjusters is seeking an experienced Public Adjuster to join an emerging franchise in the United States. You will handle and process insurance claims, inspect damages, interview claimants and witnesses, and prepare loss estimates with Xactimate.

The ideal candidate has licensed public adjusting credentials, strong analytical and writing skills, and a drive to grow a business within a franchise environment. This full-time role offers growth potential and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Public Adjuster with knowledge of claims processes and negotiations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and carrier interactions.
• Self-starter with independence and initiative.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management and organizational abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools to track outreach and cases.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and document damage via photos/videos.
• Analyze insurance policies for ambiguities and errors.
• Prepare loss estimates using Xactimate.
• Conduct material tests if needed.
• Consult with specialists (e.g., contractors, engineers) when required.
• Calculate policy benefits and payments.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Support attorneys to defend a claim when contested.
