Job summary

AB InBev Group's Roseland, Virginia pub is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on People & Guest Experience and Operational Excellence.

You will train staff, manage scheduling and inventory, lead service standards, and support events while ensuring safety and quality. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required; 3+ years in hospitality and 1+ year in management preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurants, brewpubs, bars, hospitality, or similar service environment.
• 1+ years of management experience in restaurants, brewpubs, bars, hospitality, or similar service environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, and provide direction to employees in a fast-paced environment.
