Silver Branch Brewing Co. is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee our taproom, ensuring excellent guest experiences while leading a motivated team. This dynamic role requires strong leadership and organizational skills as you work closely with the General Manager to enhance taproom service standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, a passion for teaching, and the ability to manage staff effectively. The position requires flexible availability, as well as a commitment to training and maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of combined restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Must have strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new technical systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of taproom staff for excellent guest experience.
• Manage cash and improve sales techniques with staff.
