Job summary

McMenamins on Monroe in Corvallis is hiring for an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to support pub operations under the Pub Manager. The role includes hosting, supervising, multi-tasking, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The AAM will work both indoors and outdoors seasonally, manage sections, assist with opening/closing duties, train staff, and help maintain a positive work atmosphere across shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Available to work full-time? Actually part-time, with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all pub operations under the guidance of the Pub Manager.
• Oversee shift, host, and ensure smooth running of service.
• Assign sections to servers, take and deliver orders, cashier, and manage POS.
• Train staff and handle customer service issues; report issues to Head Manager.
