McMenamins Elks Temple Pub in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to support pub operations and help lead daily shifts. The AAM will serve as host, oversee opening and closing duties, and assist with training staff while maintaining customer relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of wine, ales and spirits, and a willingness to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all pub operations under the Pub Manager guidance.
• Open and close the Pub; supervise shift and host duties.
• Assign sections to servers and ensure timely service; handle cashiering and POS.
• Maintain service areas, regulate labor, and train staff as assigned.
