McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinnville, OR is hiring an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM). The role supports pub operations under the Pub Manager, overseeing a shift and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The AAM may perform opening/closing duties, host duties, staff training, and cross-train for non-management roles while maintaining organization and guest satisfaction. This position requires a flexible FT schedule.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license
• 21+ years old
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits is required
• Available to work FT with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in all pub operations under the guidance and direction of the Pub Manager
• Perform opening and closing duties; act as host and oversee the shift
• Work outdoors seasonally as well as indoors; oversee staff and train
• Provide excellent customer relations; manage sections and POS; regulate labor; report issues to Head Manager
