Job summary

McMenamins on Monroe in Corvallis, OR is hiring for an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to support pub operations under the Pub Manager. This role will serve as host, supervise shift operations, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

The AAM will perform opening/closing duties, oversee servers, take orders, cashier, and work on the POS system while maintaining customer relations. Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities within McMenamins.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license.
• 21+ years.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits is required.
• Available to work FT with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all pub operations under Pub Manager guidance.
• Perform opening and closing duties; act as host during shifts.
• Serve guests, take orders, deliver beverages, and handle payments.
• Train staff and oversee side work; ensure clean and organized service area.
• Troubleshoot issues and report to Head Manager and District Manager.
