Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in the medical field (preferred in mental health).
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Interviews veterans, gathering detailed information, symptoms, and incidents.
• Assist with writing statements for the claim process.
• Gather relevant evidence and supporting statements; validate experiences.
• Build rapport and provide supportive, approachable assistance.
• Engagement and follow-up with veterans; provide encouragement and address concerns.
• Conduct coaching sessions for C&P exams to help veterans prepare.
• Perform other menial office tasks and maintain accurate records.
