Job summary

Step Up Rehab, in partnership with Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in our SNF settings in Lake Worth Beach, FL. The position requires an accredited PTA program graduate and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Support treatment planning and documentation compliant with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
