Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its SNF teams at Boca Pointe and Rosewood centers in Florida. The role provides skilled PTA services to residents, with collaboration across the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Eligible candidates hold an accredited PTA program, an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible), and SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
