Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Work within dedicated therapy gyms at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' function and quality of life.

Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)

SNF or post-acute experience preferred

Net Health documentation knowledge preferred
