Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for SNF settings in Jacksonville, FL. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing or Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, providing skilled PTA services to residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
