Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in SNF settings.

You will deliver skilled PTA services, work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and independence, and participate in modern rehab programs. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
