Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at two Jacksonville SNFs and support residents to regain function and independence.

This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with competitive pay and a supportive leadership team. Florida licensure is required or eligible, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
