Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Lakeside Center in Jacksonville, FL. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms helping residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
