Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Jacksonville area. This PRN position includes enhanced pay when medical benefits are waived and requires FL PTA licensure (licensed or license-eligible).

Work inside dedicated rehab gyms, supporting residents to regain function with compassionate care. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program, FL license, SNF/post-acute experience preferred, and Net Health documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
