Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing (Jacksonville, FL) and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in Florida to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will work in a dedicated therapy gym, helping residents regain function and independence.
