Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting inside Ybor City/Tampa Lakes and related facilities.

This full-time, hourly position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team, modern rehab gyms, and a focus on quality patient care. Florida licensure is required or eligible, with strong value placed on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• PTA program completion is required
• Florida PTA license or eligibility is required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Knowledge of Net Health system preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)

SNF or post-acute experience preferred
