Step Up Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) within Boca Pointe and Rosewood centers in Lake Worth Beach, FL. The role requires a graduate of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible), with SNF or post-acute experience preferred and Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
