Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF settings at Boca Pointe and Rosewood Centers. This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and requires collaborative work with an interdisciplinary team.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). Prior SNF or post-acute experience and Net Health familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
