Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy within our partner SNFs in Sarasota, FL. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
