Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in dedicated SNF facilities in Lakeland, FL. You will work in rehab gyms, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ function and independence while delivering compassionate care.

The role requires an accredited PTA program graduate with active Florida PTA license (or eligibility) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Support residents in regaining independence and functioning.
