Step Up Lakeland is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Lakeland, Florida. This full-time role provides skilled PTA services to residents in dedicated therapy gyms, under the in-house Step Up Rehab program.

Licensed Florida PTAs (or eligible) are invited to apply. Join a team that supports clinicians with realistic caseloads, modern rehab gyms, and a culture focused on quality care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
