Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. The position offers competitive pay and opportunities to work within modern rehab gyms as part of a dedicated care team at Northbank and Lakeside Centers in Jacksonville.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.
