Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF settings in Sarasota, FL. This PRN role requires an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Work inside dedicated therapy gyms across The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch, and Hawthorne Health facilities, delivering compassionate care and supporting residents to regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
