Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Sarasota, Florida. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms, supporting residents to regain function and independence with a focus on comfort and compassionate care.

The role is PRN with increased rates when medical benefits are waived. A Florida PTA license (or eligibility) is required, and SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license preferred or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
