Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF setting across The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch, and Hawthorne facilities in Sarasota, FL.

PRN position with enhanced rates when medical benefits are waived; duties include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life; strong documentation in Net Health preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
