Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider serving The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled services in our SNF setting, working inside dedicated therapy gyms and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence.
• Support residents to regain function and quality of life.
