Connectly Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in California. The PTA will carry out skilled treatment programs under supervision, document patient activities, and ensure clear communication with patients and staff.

Requirements include CAPTE-accredited PTA/PT program graduation, current state licensure and CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
