Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in California. The PTA will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, document patient activities, and communicate respectfully with patients and staff.

Applicants must hold a CAPTE-accredited PTA program credential, a current state license with CPR certification, and be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current state license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
