Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in California. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient activities and charges with accuracy.

Requirements include CAPTE-accredited PTA/PT program, current state license and CPR, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
