Job summary

Majestic Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support resident rehabilitation plans and work as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, document progress, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires an associate’s degree and active PTA licensure, with preference for experience in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with governmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate with an associate’s degree and a state license or equivalent certification.
• Active licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in the employment state(s).
• Prefer experience in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident rehabilitation plans under supervision.
• Communicate resident status and responses to therapists for quality outcomes.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with center and regulatory standards.
• Provide feedback to therapists and Rehabilitation Director on clinical issues.
• Participate in center processes and services and support marketing as needed.
• Travel to other facilities for treatment as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
