Job summary

Pro Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Maple Lawn Senior Care in Fulda, MN. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to build a full caseload in a calm, rural setting.

New grads are welcome. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists.

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a $7,500 bonus paid over 18 months, plus tuition reimbursement and other perks.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Must have MN Physical Therapist License
• English proficiency required for communication with patients and team
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans and collaborate with care teams

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve function
