Job summary

Prava Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our luxury senior living community in Raleigh, North Carolina. • Licensed PTA with current credentials.
• Experience delivering adult/geriatric PT interventions.
• Ability to educate residents, families, and staff on mobility and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PT interventions under the direction of a PT.
• Address strength, balance, gait, transfers, and functional mobility.
• Provide fall prevention and mobility device training guidance.
• Educate residents, caregivers and staff on safety and independence.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely for plan-of-care updates.
• Collaborate with supervising PTs and interdisciplinary team members.
