Qualifications

• PTA license and completion of an accredited PTA program.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address strength, balance, gait, transfers, and functional mobility.
• Provide fall-prevention education and home-setup guidance.
• Incorporate mobility devices and safety training for residents.
• Document progress accurately and communicate plan-of-care updates.
