Prava is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the Cambridge Village of Wilmington therapy team in Wilmington, NC. You will work alongside the Physical Therapist to provide functional, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Hold a current North Carolina PTA license.
• Enjoy working with older adults and enhancing quality of life.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing, families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA interventions under the supervision of a PT.
• Treat residents across the senior living continuum.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, mobility, and functional activities.
• Implement individualized plans of care with clinical judgment.
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident condition and goals.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and home programs.
• Reinforce home exercise programs and functional activities.
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident wellness and safety.
• Document resident care efficiently using AI-enabled tools.
