• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment per protocols.
• Assist in training Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with the supervising PT about progress and discharge planning.
• Educate residents and families on home programs and safety.
