Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Weekend rotation availability.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to perform lifting, transfers and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the plan of care under supervising PT.
• Instructs patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observe and report patient response and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patient, family, and care team on therapy activities.
• Function effectively in diverse home environments.
