Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Wise, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

This PRN daytime role focuses on delivering quality care in Heritage Hall Wise facilities. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in PTA, possess a current PTA license, and have 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
